Payment Information
You will receive a monthly invoice with these payment options:
ACH (bank transfer)
Free, and runs automatically on the due date (AutoPay only). There is no charge to you, the tenant. To change it, email accounting@rdjkventures.com or manager@rdjkventures.com.
Credit cards
All major credit cards are accepted, with a convenience charge to the tenant. AutoPay is also available.
Google Pay, Apple Pay & card-linked wallets
Google Pay and Apple Pay work, as do other payment methods linked to a credit card (PayPal, Cash App Card, Venmo Card, etc.).
Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle transfers are not currently supported.
Your monthly invoice
You will receive an invoice every month, before the due date on the 1st, at the email address we have on file. It comes from accounting@rdjkventures.com — please make sure it doesn't land in your spam or junk folder.
Click the green Pay Now button in the invoice to see the payment options available on your device (desktop/laptop, iPhone/iPad, or Android).
